About Me

I’m dedicated to learning at your own pace ensuring that the basics are covered thoroughly to allow you to develop your own style of Bridal Hairdressing. There are no silly questions and we will work together to build your confidence and skills.

Over the years I have learnt through trial and error how to achieve the looks that my clients and I love to create. Bridal hair has to be a collaboration; it’s your expertise and your Bride’s style that fuse together to create a look. That’s why training with me will focus a lot on understanding your client and being able to communicate how you work to manage their expectations & for you to flourish as a recognised and talented bridal hairstylist.

My personal journey has gone from hairdressing in my Teens at Toni & Guy and then changing to university and a 12 year marketing career and back to hair, as a bridal specialist. In my 5 years as a bridal specialist I have worked with hundreds of clients, won awards, including Hairstylist of the Year at the Yorkshire and North East wedding awards and trained other up and coming stylists as they enter the world of hair & make up in media and special occasions.

Lunch is provided on each day (please indicate any dietary requirements in the notes). Classes run from 10am-4.30pm. I encourage you to bring a model for your practical elements. If you prefer to work on a mannequin then that’s also fine.
The training will take place in LS29 near Leeds.

Spaces are not reserved until your balance is paid. Dates are transferrable only within 3 months of the original date.
